Allow custom start and end dates for each budget, so users can define exactly when a budget period begins and ends.

The system should then use these custom periods to calculate income and expenses for any given timeframe, letting users see a clear breakdown of their income and expenses on a weekly, fortnightly, monthly, or yearly basis.
