Allow Cross-Category Selection for Credit/Debit Transactions

Currently, the transaction window restricts category options based on the transaction's direction, a credit (incoming) transaction only shows income categories for selection, and a debit (outgoing) transaction only shows expense categories. This prevents users from applying an expense category to a credit transaction, or an income category to a debit transaction, directly from the transaction window.
Not every credit is genuinely income, and not every debit is genuinely an expense. For eg..1) A refund or reimbursement landing as a credit but logically belonging to an expense category .
2) A reversal, correction, or repayment landing as a debit but conceptually tied to an income category.
The only way to apply a category from the "wrong" type is to navigate to the Transactions , select the specific transaction using select option, and use the separate "Set Category" dropdown list to set the desired category. This is a much less discoverable and more roundabout path than adjusting the category directly within the transaction window.
Expose the full combined list of both income and expense categories within the transaction window itself, regardless of whether the transaction is a credit or debit. This would let users freely recategorise any transaction, matching the flexibility already available via the Transactions list "Set Category" dropdown, without needing to leave the transaction window to do it.
