Owdyn currently allows every transaction to be categorised by one category name. That's fine for sorting, but it doesn't cover how people actually think about their spending.

A category answers "what kind of spend is this" eg. Groceries, Dining Out. However, users often want to group transactions by context that cuts across categories, for example, tagging all expenses related to a holiday trip, a home renovation project, a specific event, or spend tied to a particular person or dependent.

It will be nice to have:-

Multiple tags per transaction: A dinner can be Dining Out, part of an Anniversary Trip, and claimable on expenses. All three should stick.

User-defined tags.: Users should be allowed to create tags. The context for transactions are personal and shift over time.

Filter and report by tag: Pick one or more tags, see those transactions and a total. eg. "Everything tagged Bali Trip" should be one action.

Bulk tagging: Select a group of transactions and tag them at once. Doing thirty holiday purchases one at a time is why people stop tagging.

Tag management in Settings: Rename, merge, delete, assign colours to tag.
